How To Book A Court

Booking a court is quick and easy through our Client Portal or the Wagga Leisure App. Follow the steps below to secure your court time and get access to the facility.

Booking via the Client Portal

  1. Head to the Client Portal and create an account.
  2. Once logged in, go to your Dashboard and select Book.
  3. Click on Facility Booking.
  4. Change the Club to Jim Elphick Tennis Centre.
  5. Under Facility Type, choose either:
    • Blue Courts (premium hard courts)
    • Green Courts (synthetic grass)
  6. Click on any facility to select your court number.
  7. Click Book Now to choose your day and time.
  8. Proceed to payment to confirm your booking.

Accessing the Facility with a QR Code

To access the courts, download the Wagga Leisure App from the App Store or Google Play.

  1. Open the app and log in.
  2. From the Dashboard, select My QR Code.
  3. Choose Jim Elphick Tennis Centre.

Your QR Code will grant you:

Court lights will turn on automatically at the start of your booking and switch off at the end.

Booking via the Wagga Leisure App

  1. Open the app and log in to your account.
  2. From the Dashboard, select Facility Booking.
  3. Change the Club to Jim Elphick.
  4. Choose your court type (Blue or Green).
  5. Select Book Now, confirm your booking time, and pay securely.
