Ages 3 - 5+ Hot Shots Blue is a fun, play-based introduction to tennis that builds movement skills, confidence, and social values for young beginners. Ages 5 - 8+ Hot Shots Red involves game-based sessions that develop basic tennis techniques, rules, and teamwork while keeping learning fun, social, and engaging. Ages 8 - 10+ Hot Shots Orange players refine skills and tactics through structured match play, building resilience, friendships, and respectful on-court behaviour.

Starter Squad is designed for players who are ready to take their tennis more seriously by building strong fundamentals and technical skills across all areas of the game. With a focus on developing consistency, players learn to serve from the baseline on a full-size court, rally with purpose, and move efficiently with controlled direction changes. This program sets the foundation for competitive match play, providing the skills and confidence needed to transition into junior competitions. With a low coach-to-player ratio of 1:6, each session ensures plenty of individual attention and progress. Tuesday and Thursday at 4pm

Accelerator Squad is tailored for players who are progressing beyond the basics and ready to develop more advanced techniques and match play skills. This squad focuses on creating heavy spin, developing reliable spin second serves, and understanding various groundstroke stances to enhance adaptability on court. Players also work on movement patterns and footwork through targeted analysis, helping them become more efficient and explosive in their game. With an introduction to competitive matches and tournament play, this program is ideal for those looking to take the next step in their tennis journey. A 1:6 coach-to-player ratio ensures focused development in every session.
Cardio Tennis is a fun, high-energy group fitness activity that combines the best features of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, all set to upbeat music. It’s designed for players of all skill levels and focuses more on getting a great workout than perfecting technique. Each session includes warm-ups, fast-paced drills, and games that keep your heart rate up and your body moving.
